Vendedor de Campo – Experiencia Industrial

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative with industrial experience to expand our client base across Guatemala. The role involves prospecting new customers, presenting solutions, and closing sales while traveling nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through cold visits and calls.
• Promote the company’s products and solutions at a national level.
• Conduct technical and commercial visits to existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales and manage post‑sale follow‑up.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of customers.
• Generate reports on visits and commercial activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• High school or university education.
• 1–2 years of field sales, B2B sales or similar experience.
• Experience in prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to deliver presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals.
• Type C driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the country.
• Result‑orientation, effective communication, proactivity and strong customer service attitude.

What we offer

• Base salary Q4,002.28 per month plus Q250 legal bonus.
• Commission structure with an average of Q5,000 per month.
• Legal benefits and weekly fuel allowance of Q300.
• Vehicle depreciation reimbursement for inland trips.
• Indefinite contract (permanent).
• Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
