Vendedor de Campo – Experiencia Industrial

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our industrial solutions across Guatemala. The role involves prospecting new clients, presenting technical proposals, and closing sales while traveling to various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold visits and calls.
• Present and demonstrate company products and solutions nationwide.
• Conduct commercial and technical visits to existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales, manage post‑sale follow‑up, and nurture client relationships.
• Maintain a portfolio of customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate reports on visits, activities, and sales performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or university degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to prospect and acquire new customers.
• Valid Type C driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the country.
• Result‑oriented, effective communicator, proactive, and customer‑service focused.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary of Q4,002.28 plus Q250 statutory bonus.
• Commission structure with an average monthly earning of around Q5,000.

• Indefinite contract with a schedule of Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑18:00 and Friday 8:00‑17:00.
