About the role

SoftwarePlusGT is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle of software solutions and related services. You will prospect new clients, conduct calls and face‑to‑face visits, showcase product demos, and tailor proposals to meet each customer’s specific needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the B2B software market.
• Conduct outbound calls, visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close sales agreements and ensure accurate entry of all activities in internal management tools.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling technology solutions, software, or B2B services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑orientation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with high follow‑up and reporting standards.
• Basic education in administration, marketing, IT or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Guatemalan software market is valued.
