Vendedor/a Retail en Centro Comercial – Carretera a El Salvador

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Salesperson to work in a shopping centre located on Carretera a El Salvador. The main goal is to drive commercial growth by building strategic relationships with customers, optimizing the sales process and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide personalized advice and assistance to help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Optimize sales processes and follow‑up activities to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the retail environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication, charisma and a natural talent for selling.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas.
• Availability to work at the Carretera a El Salvador location and on weekends.
