About the role
We are looking for motivated sales route representatives to join a leading bottling company operating on the Costa Sur. The role focuses on managing sales routes, developing relationships with modern and traditional trade channels, and driving growth in the consumer goods market.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned routes and retail outlets to promote and sell products.
- Maintain and expand relationships with modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale and other distribution channels.
- Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Support and lead small sales teams when required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade, traditional trade, route sales or wholesale.
- Valid driver’s license category C or B.
- Completed diversified studies or university education.
- Residence in Escuintla.
