Vendor Performance Analyst

About the role

The Vendor Performance Analyst is responsible for developing and executing the CR‑NCAM Area’s procurement and performance strategy and action plan, aligned with the area’s business plans. The position can be located in any country within the CR‑NCAM scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term supplier relationships and strengthen external partnerships.
• Optimize procurement spend, contracts and category strategies across assigned purchase categories.
• Register and follow‑up project performance in the Procurement reporting tool (PPM).
• Ensure compliance with global and local procurement policies, legal, HSSE, ESG and other standards.
• Perform supplier market, risk analysis and Total Value Ownership modelling with internal stakeholders.
• Draft contracts in Spanish and English and manage the end‑to‑end contracting process.
• Own service performance, implement corrective actions and maintain up‑to‑date SLAs.
• Validate invoices, reimbursables and budget adherence, and run governance cadences such as MOR/QBR.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of direct procurement or sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Customs or related fields.
• Negotiation and contract management skills to maximise sourcing outcomes.
• Growth‑mindset with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Strong planning and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Power BI, ERP and e‑procurement systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
