VMware Cloud Foundation Engineer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a senior VMware Cloud Foundation Engineer to design, deploy, and support modern VMware infrastructure for a US‑based client. The position is fully remote, allowing candidates located anywhere in LATAM to work from home while collaborating in English.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) including management and workload domains.
• Implement and optimise vSphere, vSAN, NSX‑T, HCX and SRM components.
• Troubleshoot compute, storage and network virtualization issues.
• Perform capacity planning, health checks and risk assessments.
• Produce documentation and operational hand‑off materials.
• Support disaster‑recovery architecture, testing and validation.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on VMware technologies.
• Fluent English – all interviews conducted in English.
• Previous consulting or client‑facing experience.
• Experience migrating VCF (versions 5 to 9 preferred) and large‑scale VMware deployments.
