About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join a new company in Zona 11, Guatemala City. The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and update inventory systems.
Support loading and unloading of goods, operating equipment such as pallet jacks.
Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.
Ensure the warehouse area is kept clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years experience as a warehouse assistant or in a similar role.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and reliability.
Basic computer literacy for handling inventory software.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory management software)

What we offer

Monthly salary of Q4,252.28, including an incentive bonus.
