About the role
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for controlling and moving inventory in the warehouse according to established procedures, ensuring the reliability and safeguarding of the goods under their charge.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory counts of various materials to guarantee accurate physical and accounting records.
- Record all inventory transactions and movements to ensure correct and timely information for accounting closures.
- Control proper storage of materials, maintaining order, protection, and quality.
- Conduct field visits to validate fixed assets and verify labeling, ensuring existence and condition of company assets.
- Assist internal customers with material requests, upholding service standards and procedural compliance.
Required profile
- Medium‑level education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SAP for inventory management.
