Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Chocolates Sero is expanding its warehouse operations in Guatemala and is looking for a full‑time Warehouse Assistant. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing products for shipment while supporting daily inventory control tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and load goods, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
• Organize and store products in designated locations.
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery to customers and retail partners.
• Assist with regular stock counts and update inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Operate authorized warehouse equipment, including forklifts, following safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide courteous support to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong packing skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic math and record‑keeping abilities.
• Physical capability to lift, move and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
