Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient and safe operations in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. The role involves safeguarding materials, controlling inventory, and leading a team while adhering to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the reception, storage, and shipment of merchandise.
• Maintain proper security, control, and administration of all materials.
• Supervise and guide the warehouse team to meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for inventory management.
• Work rotating shifts at the Palín, Escuintla location.

Required profile

• Closed curriculum in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising warehouses, storage facilities or distribution centers.
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs).
• Availability for rotating shift work.
• Organized, proactive, responsible and capable of leading a team.
