About the role
The company is looking for a Last‑Mile Operations Analyst to monitor and coordinate real‑time delivery operations for a Walmart project. The role requires an organized, analytical professional who can ensure timely deliveries and manage incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor routes, deliveries and driver performance.
- Track delivery times and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage and escalate operational incidents.
- Coordinate solutions for unexpected events.
- Maintain communication with drivers, stores and clients.
- Generate operational reports and performance indicators.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or last‑mile operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Availability for rotating schedules, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with digital operational tools.
What we offer
- Base salary of Q4,057.95 plus a Q250 bonus (total Q4,307.95 per month).
