Analyst – VCA Implementation Services

About the role

Visa’s Consulting and Analytics (VCA) division is looking for an Analyst to join the VCA Implementation Services (VIS) team. The role will focus on delivering high‑impact projects for Visa’s clients in Guatemala, helping them adopt and optimise Visa products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of detailed project plans, defining tasks, responsibilities and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Deliver assigned projects on schedule while meeting quality and performance expectations.
• Maintain compliance with Visa’s project‑management administrative requirements.
• Track, measure and analyse project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Participate in the design and delivery of initiatives that increase client adoption of Visa products and tools.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visa’s solutions and their application for issuing clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with payment‑processing trends, Visa technologies and emerging solutions.
• Collaborate with Client Services and cross‑functional experts to orchestrate consultations and drive results.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in payments industry and willingness to stay current on technology trends.
