Associate Systems Engineer – HPE Aruba & Juniper (CCA)

About the role

The Associate Systems Engineer for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will act as the technical authority for HPE Aruba and HPE Juniper solutions. You will partner with account managers to design, quote, and close networking projects that align with customer business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Aruba and Juniper wired, wireless, and security solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on discovery, architecture design, BOM creation, and competitive positioning.
• Drive demand through workshops, webinars, demos and proof‑of‑concepts for customers, partners and suppliers.
• Analyze pipeline, win/loss and adoption metrics; provide insights and next‑step recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product roadmaps, competitor landscape and customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data‑security standards and vendor program requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or pre‑sales (switching, routing, wireless, security).
• Proficient English (B2+); Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, build customer relationships and influence outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining relevant certifications.

• Enterprise networking – switching, routing, wireless, security.
• Aruba solutions (e.g., ACNA, ACNP certifications).
• Juniper solutions (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS‑ENT certifications).
• Solution architecture and design.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) and quotation creation.
• Technical workshops, webinars and proof‑of‑concept delivery.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
