Barista

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to ensure the preparation of high‑quality coffee beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, upholding the brand’s standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks according to established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of coffee equipment.
• Provide friendly, prompt service to all customers.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with one weekday off.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods and bean varieties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Availability for flexible, rotating schedules.
• Own motorcycle and ability to travel to zones 16 and Petapa.

Required skills

• Espresso machine operation.
• Coffee brewing techniques.
• Equipment maintenance.
