About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative to work in a hybrid/on‑site setting within Zone 4. The role offers both morning and afternoon shifts on a full‑time basis, allowing you to engage directly with customers through multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and communicate updates to relevant teams.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in English of at least 80 % and ability to communicate bilingually.
