Customer Success Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Agent to be the first point of contact for customers of a lighting solutions provider. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the installation process, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide product and service information.
• Coordinate scheduling with construction and installation crews.
• Maintain accurate customer and business records.
• Conduct interviews to screen installers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Patient, empathetic, and capable of de‑escalating situations.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Jobber).
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, RingCentral, and Microsoft Teams.
• Use of a dialer system (RingCentral).

• Full‑time remote position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST (40 h/week).
