Digital Project Manager (Remote, Guatemala)

About the role

Wild is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join its remote team and lead strategic digital campaigns for international brands. The role is fully remote and open to residents of Guatemala who have a passion for coordinating high‑impact creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, structure and supervise roadmaps, work methodologies and timelines for each digital campaign.
• Orchestrate workload across strategic planning, creative, content and performance teams, balancing daily priorities with strategic milestones.
• Ensure quality and on‑time delivery of all digital assets, measuring effectiveness against KPIs.
• Lead status and milestone meetings, provide clear visibility on progress, mitigate risks and track performance.
• Identify and correct schedule deviations, implementing agile adjustments to protect launch dates.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients and act as a strategic account advisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing digital projects and accounts within advertising agencies.
• Strong motivation to structure, coordinate and lead multicultural creative teams.
• Resident of Guatemala and comfortable working fully remote.
