About the role

The Director of Technological Platforms will lead the strategic operation of the bank's technology infrastructure, covering storage, processing, virtualization, operating systems and backup services across on‑premise data centers and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, continuity, capacity and security for critical banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall infrastructure, cloud, network and critical platform strategy.
• Administer contingency, disaster‑recovery and cyber‑attack response plans for all technology platforms.
• Guarantee service availability, performance and continuity.
• Lead the project portfolio for storage, processing, virtualization, OS and backup platforms, applying industry best practices.
• Implement security hardening, obsolescence management and risk‑reduction measures in both on‑premise and cloud data centers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient banking operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s in Business Administration or Project Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience leading IT infrastructure areas, including design and administration.
• Knowledge of cloud administration, project governance, audit and business continuity.
• Desirable Agile certification and familiarity with ITIL fundamentals.
