About the role

Everise is looking for an IT Specialist to proactively monitor the health, availability, and performance of networks, servers, applications, and other infrastructure components. The role involves using enterprise monitoring tools and supporting scheduled batch job executions across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor networks, servers, applications, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Track and ensure the performance and availability of critical systems.
• Support and oversee scheduled batch job executions, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with omnichannel teams (voice and back‑office) to resolve incidents.
• Work flexible shifts, including AM and graveyard hours, as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (90%+).
• Availability to work on‑site.
• Prior experience in technology or IT environments.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
