About the role

Xetechs Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation to delivery. The role is full‑time, hybrid, and based in Guatemala City, offering the chance to work on automation‑focused initiatives that drive sustainable growth for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise end‑to‑end technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, plan tasks, prioritize deliverables, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Communicate progress, risks, and expectations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Align project outcomes with business objectives and propose improvements to processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
• Proven experience in program and project management, including scope definition, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Solid understanding of information technology, basic system architecture, and automation environments.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
