Growth Conversion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Conversion Specialist to own the technical administration and integration ecosystem of HubSpot for our Growth Team. You will ensure the platform and its connected tools run reliably, maintain clean data, and align workflows with business goals to drive pipeline growth and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HubSpot CRM strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex CRM automations, A/B tests, and multivariate experiments.
• Manage HubSpot configuration, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and user permissions.
• Oversee integrations with third‑party tools such as Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, Slack, and billing platforms, troubleshooting sync errors and data integrity issues.
• Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, record normalization, and list segmentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops or engineering on custom API work, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Identify and flag UX/UI issues within HubSpot that affect user experience and conversion, and support implementation of improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and growth‑focused automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and pipeline performance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, design, and engineering teams.
