About the role

The Construction Engineer will ensure the proper execution and progress of the structural and intermediate phases of a building project, meeting quality, safety, schedule and budget standards. This position coordinates on‑site activities, manages resources and guarantees compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control the work to ensure it follows plans, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on‑site workers, monitoring their performance.
• Manage the project schedule, adjust timelines when delays occur and implement mitigation actions.
• Oversee material usage, maintain inventory, and place orders to guarantee timely availability.
• Monitor costs, report budget deviations and contribute to financial progress reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with industrial safety and construction regulations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar construction engineering role, preferably in serial housing projects.
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
