About the role

We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to resolve application incidents, ensure system stability, and optimize performance. The role involves recommending configuration best practices and coordinating enhancement requests with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve component errors and configuration issues affecting applications.
• Recommend and implement best‑practice configurations for the application environment.
• Coordinate enhancement or development requests with relevant technical teams.
• Analyze SQL Server databases and review .NET code to maintain reliable operations.
• Work with web services and support day‑to‑day application stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (completed or near completion).
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience for software products.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English; interviews and tests will be conducted in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and flexibility for shift work, including night schedules.
• Banking industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• C# programming and ability to read C# code for troubleshooting.
• Java and JavaScript knowledge.
• Advanced MS SQL Server; basic to intermediate Oracle.
• Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.
• Fundamental networking concepts.
• Experience with .NET code review and web services.
