Learning Experience Designer

About the role

The Learning Experience Designer will lead the creation of engaging digital learning experiences for clients. Working closely with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams, you will design, develop, and evaluate innovative enablement content that supports onboarding and ongoing software utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to define learning goals, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver e‑learning modules, job aids, and other enablement materials.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to equip facilitators with the skills to deliver content effectively.
• Build and deploy digital learning interactions through Learning Management Systems and digital adoption platforms.
• Estimate effort, manage project timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Measure program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative assessment methods and iterate for improvement.

Required profile

• Proficient English (minimum B2) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience conducting needs analyses and applying learning theories.
• Ability to work independently and navigate team dynamics.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
