Learning Technology Analyst

About the role

The Learning Technology Analyst is the primary owner of our learning technology ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for all learners. You will manage the Absorb LMS, digital learning tools, analytics, and business intelligence solutions to support organizational performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Absorb LMS, including user access, learning paths, certifications, and course catalogs.
• Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance records while overseeing system enhancements, testing, and vendor support.
• Publish, test, and maintain digital learning content created in Articulate Rise 360 and other authoring tools, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Design and automate dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor training completion, compliance, engagement, and learning effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude.ai and Microsoft Copilot to enrich reporting and insight generation.
• Provide first‑line technical support, troubleshoot LMS functionality, learner access, and content tracking issues.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve system challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend enhancements that improve the learner experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering an LMS platform, preferably Absorb.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach to technical support.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, vendors, and business teams.
