About the role

The Senior Operator works in the Center of Attention and Authorizations department, handling tasks and processes efficiently, creating value and delivering a memorable experience to users according to their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients in insurance or hospital contexts.
• Process authorizations and service requests following established procedures.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of responses while maintaining accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply current technological trends.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field; technical insurance qualification or in progress is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a call‑center, insurance, or hospital environment.
• Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office suite).
• Knowledge of process management principles.
