About the role
Unifin, Inc is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work from home to support its customers in English and Spanish. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other communications, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email and in‑person to address questions, concerns and service requests.
- Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations and other policy‑related needs.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Document interactions and keep detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and service standards.
Required profile
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and a team‑oriented, dependable attitude.
