About the role

Unifin, Inc is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work from home to support its customers in English and Spanish. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other communications, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email and in‑person to address questions, concerns and service requests.
Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations and other policy‑related needs.
Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a professional attitude.
Document interactions and keep detailed records.
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and service standards.

Required profile

Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred).
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
Good organizational skills and a team‑oriented, dependable attitude.
