About the role
MATRISA® is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to support a high‑impact international project based in Guatemala City. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and track action items.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to keep the project on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Immediate availability and a valid U.S. visa.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Guatemala City.
Required skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of USD 2,500.
