About the role
The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the availability of products at the best total cost by analyzing supply needs, managing the purchasing process, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze sales trends and forecast procurement needs.
- Conduct international (import) purchasing, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Create and monitor purchase orders in the system.
- Maintain inventory levels by analyzing minimum and maximum stock thresholds.
- Track supplier claims, returns, and warranties.
- Support internal requests for supplies and products.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in international purchasing and import processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Inventory control.
- Supply‑chain knowledge.
- Understanding of VAT and ISR regulations.
