Remote Customer Service Agent (Home Services)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls and inquiries for a portfolio of home‑services businesses, including cleaning and construction. The position is fully remote, offering full‑time hours and comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with clients.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with angry or frustrated callers.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level English proficiency.
• Confident phone communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to work weekends if needed.
