Remote Customer Service Agent – Home Services

About the role

We are looking for a remote Customer Service Agent to support our client’s home‑services businesses (cleaning, construction and related services). The role involves handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments using the company’s software.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee timely resolutions.
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with angry or frustrated callers.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level English proficiency.
• Confident phone communication and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace.
• Patient, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (45 hours/week, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑18:00 CT, weekends possible).
