Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer (LATAM)

About the role

WONWON is seeking a Senior eCommerce UX/UI Designer to lead high‑conversion experiences for premium DTC and eCommerce brands across Latin America. Reporting to the VP of Design, you will work within an AI‑native design practice, leveraging proprietary tools to deliver fast, behavior‑driven solutions that move revenue and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of high‑conversion sites, landing pages, and full customer journeys, from acquisition to checkout and retention.
• Create growth‑focused creative assets such as paid‑social landing pages, advertorials, quiz flows, and upsell bundles.
• Build, maintain, and evolve component libraries and design systems that scale across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Adopt and expand WONWON’s AI‑native design tools (Claude Design, Figma MCP) to accelerate concept‑to‑production cycles.
• Identify manual design tasks that can be automated and contribute to the development of design agents and workflows.
• Present design solutions with data‑backed rationale and champion the WON design standard of clean, premium, detail‑obsessed work.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience designing high‑conversion eCommerce experiences for brands generating $50M‑$500M+ in revenue.
• Proven ability to ship high‑quality design work quickly and iteratively.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable measuring impact on conversion, AOV, and funnel progression.
• Detail‑oriented, behavior‑driven, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
