Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will own the Vivolife discount plan from concept to activation, ensuring patients understand, activate, and regularly use the benefit while naturally discovering other Blue Medical ecosystem products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vivolife, prioritising impact on subscription, activation and retention.
• Design and optimise the digital onboarding experience, from sign‑up to first discount use and sustained adoption.
• Build cross‑selling mechanisms to Bluemeds and the online pharmacy, positioning Vivolife as the entry point to the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with software development using AI‑driven prototyping rather than traditional Scrum to launch new features.
• Coordinate with placement channels (Blue Partners, contact centre, B2B, digital) to ensure the product is explainable at every touchpoint.
• Define product metrics, run continuous experiments (A/B tests) and iterate based on data.
• Work with the User Experience Regional Manager and design team to guarantee high‑quality UI.
• Manage relationships with labs, clinics and allied merchants regarding discount proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Statistics, Economics, Systems or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer‑facing digital products.
• Proven track record in distributing mobile or web applications with online subscription flows.
• Experience designing onboarding flows and cross‑/up‑selling strategies within a product ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience working with development teams.

Required skills

• Project management (planning, risk handling, stakeholder communication).
• Expert use of AI tools, preferably Claude.
• Product analytics, funnel conversion, cohort analysis and retention tracking.
• Design and interpretation of A/B tests and experiments.
• Product management tools such as Jira or similar.
• Deep understanding of subscription and recurring billing models.
• Scrum mastery (ceremonies, backlog refinement, definition of ready/done, dependency management).
