Store Manager – Zone 4

About the role

Motoshop VRC is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for its Zone 4 location in Guatemala. You will lead the store’s daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a fast‑growing motorcycle retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate the sales team, organize work shifts, and monitor performance.
• Supervise customer service to meet commercial targets and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage inventory, control stock movements, and ensure proper product display.
• Resolve incidents, follow up on customer feedback, and implement company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Required profile

• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities, including shift planning and performance tracking.
• Effective communication skills with both staff and customers.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Experience in inventory control and basic computer usage for record‑keeping.
• Preferred background in administration, sales, or related fields and a willingness to learn about motorcycle products.
