About the role

The Field Sales Team Leader will coordinate a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they reach assigned locations, support customers, and achieve sales targets. This role involves traveling to various points using a panel‑type vehicle and acting as the main point of contact between the sales team and the sales supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the sales team to assigned locations using a panel‑type vehicle.
• Accompany and support sales representatives throughout their workday.
• Monitor progress towards sales goals and commercial activities.
• Motivate the team to meet established objectives.
• Maintain constant communication with the Sales Supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work 100 % in the field.
• Result‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driving licence (preferably category B).
