Valet Parking Manager – Centro Gerencial Las Margaritas

About the role

The Valet Parking Manager will ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming valet service for visitors of Oakland Place and Las Margaritas. You will be responsible for the proper reception, safeguarding and delivery of vehicles while adhering to the mall's security and service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily valet operations, coordinating vehicle intake and hand‑over.
• Maintain high standards of safety, speed and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all security and service procedures.
• Oversee rotating shift schedules and staff performance.
• Handle any incidents or customer inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate (diversified level).
• Valid driver’s license issued at least five years ago.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Minimum one year of experience as a vehicle driver, rideshare driver or delivery driver.
• Experience in direct customer service.

Required skills

• Basic Excel.
