WFM Project Manager

About the role

Join TELUS Digital as a Workforce Management (WFM) Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of WFM initiatives. You will drive new processes and tools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting smooth change adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define project milestones, timelines, and allocate resources.
• Monitor task progress, quality, ROI, and cost effectiveness.
• Track budgets, conduct cost analysis, and report financial KPIs to stakeholders.
• Identify, flag, and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
• Prepare and present regular status updates and change communications.
• Design and improve project lifecycle processes for efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder communication, coordinate training, and drive adoption.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience, preferably in Workforce Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
