Agente de Postventa – Gestión de garantías y atención al cliente

About the role

We are looking for an organized, analytical Post‑sale Agent who will ensure timely customer service and efficient handling of warranties, returns, repairs, and order tracking. The role requires close coordination with multiple internal departments to resolve cases while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to and follow up on customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Manage warranty, repair, return, exchange, order and delivery cases until closure.
• Administer documentation related to orders, invoicing, warranties, returns and inventory for the post‑sale area.
• Record and update case information, evidence and status in CRM, ERP and other corporate platforms.
• Prepare administrative, operational and monitoring reports to support decision‑making.
• Support inventory control of equipment, accessories, spare parts and related products.
• Coordinate with Technical Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, eCommerce and suppliers to resolve cases efficiently.
• Monitor SLA compliance, quality standards, protocols and internal policies.
• Escalate cases that require specialized attention or additional validation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, post‑sale support, administrative assistance or warranty management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Availability to work on‑site.
