Diseñador Gráfico Mid / Conceptualización Creativa

About the role

We are looking for a visual creative professional to join our team in Guatemala. The role focuses on turning ideas into compelling visual concepts that resonate with brands and audiences across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop ideas for campaigns, product launches, promotions, experiences and various touchpoints.
• Create key visuals, moodboards, storyboards and visual proposals.
• Present and defend creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Adapt visual ideas for digital media, social networks, print, point‑of‑sale and outdoor formats.
• Participate in audiovisual productions, photography sessions and packaging projects.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow to explore and enhance concepts.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual creativity or art direction, preferably with mass‑consumer brands.
• Proven ability to present and defend creative proposals to clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual execution.
• Creative, proactive, solution‑oriented and able to propose new ideas beyond brief requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of audiovisual production tools.
• Experience using generative AI tools for creative and visual exploration.
