About the role

As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Deloitte you will support the end‑to‑end creation of complex digital experiences for clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with senior designers and researchers to translate business needs into user‑centered solutions, leveraging modern design tools and AI‑driven prototyping.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and defining user requirements and business needs.
• Conduct UX research, create interaction flows, visual designs and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Uizard) to generate content and accelerate prototyping.
• Collaborate with multicultural, cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Industrial Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a focus on research, visual design and AI applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, design and prototyping work.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset, effective communication, organization, adaptability and a passion for technology.
