Graphic Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

Join Tigo’s creative team to design and adapt visual assets for both digital and print channels. You will turn strategic briefs into high‑impact designs that support the brand’s mission of connecting people and improving lives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and adapt graphic pieces for digital and printed media.
• Execute creative concepts that align with the brand’s strategic objectives.
• Translate briefs into functional, visually striking solutions.
• Maintain aesthetic, technical quality and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and account teams on multidisciplinary projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standards.
• Stay current with design trends, digital tools and visual innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer in advertising agencies or marketing departments.
• Proven experience designing for online, offline media and communication campaigns.
• Ability to handle several projects at once without compromising quality.
• Experience working closely with creative and account teams.
• Strong conceptual and execution skills for effective visual proposals.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current design trends.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Photography and video production (desirable).
• Understanding of social media and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with artificial‑intelligence‑based design tools.
