Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

GoTo’s Marketing team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of the brand across multiple channels. Based in Guatemala City, you will combine creative storytelling with cutting‑edge AI‑driven tools to produce compelling advertising, digital assets, and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce traditional and digital marketing materials, including trade‑show graphics, social media visuals, and omnichannel campaign concepts.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate asset creation while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and adapt feedback into refined solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across diverse formats and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a collaborative, accountable team culture.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Hands‑on experience integrating generative AI tools into design workflows.
• Ability to create brand‑consistent visual assets for both print and digital media.
