About the role

The Application Administrator ensures the continuous, stable operation of core finance applications, primarily delivered as SaaS solutions, while also supporting on‑premise components. The role works closely with external vendors to maintain service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain availability and regulatory compliance of CORE finance applications and related systems.
• Coordinate with SaaS providers to manage service levels, change requests, production releases, patches, and enhancements.
• Oversee the software development life‑cycle (SDLC) processes for application evolution, including testing and deployment.
• Monitor system performance, trigger corrective actions for incidents or degradations, and produce performance metrics and reports.
• Supervise third‑party management of on‑premise databases and servers supporting internal applications.
• Provide evidence and support for internal and external audits related to applications, databases, and IT controls.
• Implement IT best practices, security controls, segregation of duties, and traceability for managed systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in application administration and/or database platform management.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS models and third‑party application management.
• Experience with software lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
