About the role

Join a fast‑paced consulting team as an Analyst in a 12‑24 month development program designed to build future leaders. You will work alongside 3‑5 consultants on client engagements across Latin America, receiving mentorship, training and continuous feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse data to understand client challenges.
• Formulate and test hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to client senior management.
• Collaborate with teammates and senior consultants to implement solutions.
• Participate in structured learning, coaching and mentorship sessions.
