About the role

The company is looking for a Commercial Advisor to serve payroll clients, promote financial products and create new business opportunities. You will work directly with existing and prospective customers, providing advice and support throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend to current, potential and new payroll clients.
  • Conduct telemarketing calls to follow up with clients.
  • Promote passive financial products and tailored solutions.
  • Manage commercial opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Achieve the set sales targets.

Required profile

  • Secondary education (high school) graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience selling financial products in banks, cooperatives or similar entities.
  • Proven experience with credit, card, insurance or related product sales.
  • Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
  • Ability to maintain client follow‑up.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
