About the role
We are looking for a Credit Advisor to join our team and manage loan products secured by real‑estate collateral. The role involves direct interaction with clients, property visits, and the full credit lifecycle from analysis to placement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and place credit lines backed by real‑estate guarantees.
- Analyze borrowers' repayment capacity, conduct property appraisals and perform registry investigations.
- Perform preventive collection, administrative follow‑up, and monitor performance targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations with real‑estate guarantees.
- Secondary education (high‑school level) completed.
- Own vehicle and availability to travel to client sites and properties.
- Full‑time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:00.
