About the role
The company is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to work in its Max Express store. You will interact directly with customers, provide knowledgeable advice on mobile phones and related technology, and help close sales in a busy retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the point of sale.
- Offer detailed product information, focusing on mobile phones and technology.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively closing transactions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably retail.
- Strong interest in mobile phones and technology.
- Availability to work weekends and mall opening hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a responsible attitude.
