About the role
We are looking for proactive Sales Advisors to serve members and visiting athletes at our club locations in Zone 9 or Zone 16, Cayalá. You will be the first point of contact, handling the front‑desk, dispensing beverages and pro‑shop items, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist club members and visitors.
- Manage the reception desk and cash register.
- Prepare and serve drinks and sell pro‑shop merchandise.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
- Operate the club’s management software for sales and inventory tracking.
Required profile
- Availability to work in Cayalá, Zone 9 or Zone 16.
- Verified, stable experience in sales advising.
- Proactive, dynamic, organized, honest and transparent.
- Eagerness to learn and improve.
- Excellent personal and professional presentation.
- Own transportation (vehicle or motorcycle) due to limited public transport.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base minimum salary plus sales commissions.
- Positive work environment with legal benefits and payroll.
- Work schedule: 4 pm – 11 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a weekday rest.
